Our professional engineers are just a phone call away and have the technology to dial into your system remotely or be onsite for any call-out within just four hours of receiving a call. The majority of our sites can be reached within two hours and a large proportionof issues can also beresolved over the phone or systems can be accessed remotely at no additional cost.

From the moment you become one of Elan customers, you will have access to a dedicated account manager who can be contacted directly by phone, on their personal mobile or email. We also discloseall our manager’s mobile phone numbers and email addresses so we are not just hiding behind a main phone number. If you don’t get the answers you need from our office staff, you will always have the option of being able to escalateyour issues.
Response times
Once you become an Elan customer, all call-outs include travel time to site. Any call requiring immediate attention or a response within 48 hours will be considered as an emergency. On average, our response time is two hours. The response times for all our systems are monitored on a monthly basis and this data is independently checked and verified every six months by our accreditation body, the National Security Inspectorate (NSI).
